Barbecue Event July 8, 2023

Last year for the first time, the Online Barbecue Shop organized a barbecue party at Camping residence park Diepvennen in Londerzeel for more than 120 guests. The evening was a resounding success. The second edition of this fest will take place on Saturday, July 8, 2023. For €25, you can enjoy an unlimited selection of perfectly cooked barbecue specialties, ranging from burgers and chicken skewers to pulled pork and hot smoked salmon. There is also an American-style salad bar with baskets of baguettes and a variety of sauces.

For events of this magnitude, the demo team of the Online Barbecue Shop enlists the help of Van Laar Catering who, like last year, will be on hand with their huge Landmann barbecue truck.

In addition to the three barbecue slots along the full length of the trailer, the Landmann truck is also equipped with a tall smokehouse and a separate hamburger grill on which large numbers can be turned and cooked at once.

In addition to professional catering, the Online Barbecue Shop will also demonstrate two new (gas) barbecues from Landmann prior to the event. One model has a built-in air-fryer as additional functionality and the other has a built-in pizza oven. Both models also feature powerful side-burners and removable center grates, making the barbecues also suitable for wok cooking at very high temperatures. During the demonstrations for event participants, Online Barbecue Shop chefs will prepare tastings of french fries, pizza and nasi goreng from the wok, among others, but these (small) appetizers are not part of the event’s barbecue menu.
