Baked Potato
Like corn on the cob, a baked potato is a regular fixture on American barbecues. Make no mistake, however, that is not a baked, but a baked potato. I'm a big fan of peeps, prepared in any way, but I never became a fan of the baked potato, despite a lengthy stay in North America. But I have to admit, it's a practical way to serve potatoes as a side dish during a barbecue.
