Of all the things you can cook on a grill, chicken wings and drumsticks are perhaps the most rewarding meat. Almost everyone likes it, it takes little to no effort, it's quick to make and it's not expensive. Besides, there are countless ways to prepare them, as chicken is popular worldwide and there is no cuisine that has not produced delicious recipes. The only thing you have to be careful of is letting the chicken cook through and through (without burning). A good help with this is a solid marinade (which also acts as a flavor bomb). The recipe below is Oriental-inspired and comes with a fresh-spicy, sticky and sweet and sour sauce of orange, honey and spices. Make sure you have plenty of napkins and some bowls of water with a slice of lemon to wash your fingers.
