Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right within a period of 14 days without giving reasons to cancel the agreement
revoke.
During this period, you can do whatever is reasonably necessary with the product to make it
product to review. You are allowed to try the product as you would in a physical
store would do. In doing so, you can remove the product from the packaging, unless the packaging has a
seal contains. If you did more than was necessary to try the product, we can
charge you for doing so.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you
other than the carrier, took possession of the product. If in one order you have multiple
goods with different delivery times, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the
day on which you received the last product or part.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can return the product to us within no more than 14 days
return, including a notice, such as the completed model form (see download link
below) that you are invoking your right of withdrawal.
We request that you return the product in its original packaging as much as possible.
Refund
In case of a withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the
return, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we return the product
received return. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you paid. Your
bears the cost of return shipping yourself.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
– products that we have made or had made to your specifications
– digital products
